Mindset

I started my weight loss journey today, and I have been battling with my weight for a while. I am setting my mind to believe and hear positive thoughts, so that I can achieve my goal weight. I work in a great positive environment; I work with doctors and nurses, and they inspire and encourage me to be successful in this journey. I tried to stop eatting meat for about two weeks, but I ran out of vegetables to eat. So I went back to eating meat, but I did not really miss it. I mostly eat more fish then I do chicken. I never really was a steak girl so I feel that I am on the right track.

I go to the gym five days a week, and I do cardio and strength training which I enjoy. I love going to the gym it is a great stress reliever. So this is my first little blog entry and cheers to happiness!

  1. Way to go Natasha! It sounds like you are on the right track in terms of your exercise program. Getting that much activity will make a huge impact in your weight loss efforts! I have also struggled with my weight my entire life. It is not an easy endeavor to undertake, but I've always found the main thing is to be happy with yourself regardless of your size :)
